Hi. I have made another illustration of Mona Rousse, a
character from a story that has been on my mind for a very long time. This
illustration is a remake of an early artwork, http://artofgzel.blogspot.com/2013/04/mona-roussesketch.html. In this artwork, I learned how to play with colors and how I can use them to
enhance the look but not totally distract the image.
Hi guys, I have been updating lately. This is my work in progress of a sketch I posted many months ago. I am really happy in my improvement and I am so much motivated to work hard. I'll keep posting more soon.
I must have been staring at the shattered pieces for too long, not that I was shocked by the impact but because I was hit by a realization. Starting on Monday and for the rest of history, the office where I work is empty.
These sketches are really something for me. I am gradually learning how to render my lines into color.
These illustrations are for an illustrated children's book competition. Probably, these pieces are my entry point as an illustrator for children's storybooks. Can't wait to do more of these.
