Homer: Gesture Studies

This is the earliest design of a character from a story I am  currently writing, little by little.

I thought Homer to be an elf before, but after much thought, I restructured everything from plot to characters including this design of the main protagonist, Homer. There are lot of changes to him. I changed his name and personality.

Despite all the changes I am going to keep this design for future use because I love this character, too!

Mona Rouse: Colored version

This is the rendered version of my sketch of Mona, which I posted a few days earlier. She is a character from my story that has been on my head since college.

The Runaway Trip

Drawing Journal Entry #3

The Runaway Trip. There is no better way to forget the heat and a busy city, than an unplanned road adventure to where the yummy Bulalo with fillings can only be found.

After Office Hours

Drawing Journal Entry #2

Every Friday  after work, me and my co workers spent time on the park to eat diner together. We love the place not actually because the food was great but, in truth, we wanted to have nice time to talk about things we don't usually discuss at the office.
And, what made this memorable is that I got to discover and realize certain things. I always look forward to spending a good Friday night with my office-friends.

Mona Rousse_sketch

I have been thinking how one of the character from my story (that has been living in my head since college) until I got an inspiration of an artist.

Mona Rousse is an adventurous girl. She's the type that you do not want to mingle with especially on first meetings-- unless, of course, you want your arm be twisted neatly up behind your back. Oh, I must tell you, she's one of the guys, so don't be surprise if you'll find her, mostly, in company with mechanics and pilots. Bu-but, do not be absolutely disappointed because she can be sweet and soft-hearted once you get to know her more. She can smile!

My design is inspired from One Piece character, Fire Fist Ace. I love that character!
